Flying Dutchmen Pot of Gold cannabis seeds are a true gift for cannabis treasure hunters! This plant’s incredible growing potential and extremely powerful effects were recognised by the Celebrity Judges of the High Times Cup 1998, and she also won the 2nd prize at the 2003 Indica Cannabis Cup. Not bad, eh?
Pot of Gold is an indica-dominated F1 hybrid designed by American and Dutch seed breeders who crossed a Hawaiian Indica with a famous Skunk #1. The result was above all their expectations: a fantastic new strain with well-balanced indica/ sativa qualities and one heck of a social high. These seeds have an excellent germination rate and produce healthy-looking seedlings which are both mould and stress resistant. Don't be afraid to overfeed these babies - they just suck it all up with no signs of burn whatsoever.
The plants grow fairly vigorously, so several toppings are required before they rich their full size of around 3 feet. Once flowering starts, you’ll see that Pot of Gold is one of the fastest-flowering phenotypes. The smell of the flowers is skunky and sweet, and very, very enjoyable. The flowering period lasts 8 weeks resulting in a yield of about 140 g/plant of quality marijuana. A great plant indeed!
