Dinafem Seeds

Dinafem is the first seed bank from Spain to sell feminized seeds. Since then, it has added auto-flowering and high CBD seeds. A recent addition, too, is the quick seeds. These are photoperiod strains that have between 7 to 14 days shorter flowering period without compromising on traits and yields.

Its continuous effort to excel in all facets did not end merely with producing premium cannabis cup winners. Seed packaging, for example, was a mostly ignored component of delivering seeds to the hands of customers. However, it plays a significant role in ensuring that the quality of the seeds does not suffer besides keeping it safe. Dinafem recognized that and was the first to use a unique packaging that is unlike any in the industry.

Dinafem Seeds Review

Over the last decade, Dinafem has made a quite a name for itself. Founded in 2005 by Professor OG, the seed bank specialized in feminized seeds because of the distinct advantages and the benefits it brings to home growers. 25 years of experience in developing hybrids served the breeder well as the premium strains he developed catapulted the company to the higher echelon of elite seed banks.

Seed Catalog and Packaging

Feminized seeds virtually eliminate the arduous process of identifying the gender of the plants and removing the males. These seeds are stable and grown under the right condition and optimum care, the plants will retain the highly sought-after traits of its parents. Some Dinafem feminized seeds exsamples: Dinafem OG Kush , Dinafem Cheese , Dinafem Critical and Dinafem White Widow .

In 2008, Dinafem introduced its first auto-flowering. These type of plants carries the genes of Ruderalis, a kind of cannabis plants that do not rely on day and light cycle to start flowering. Not only that, it is naturally hardy as it has adapted to the harsh weather conditions of its origin.

Compared to feminized seeds, the autos grow at a tremendous rate. However, auto-flowering strains also have inherent disadvantages such as being less tolerant of injuries and stress. An alternative, in this case, would be the quick seeds. Also called fast genetics, these are photoperiod feminized seeds with one to two weeks fewer flowering time.

The legalization of cannabis in many parts of the world has also led to its high demand, particularly medical strains. These are plants designed with the intent of providing relief from various ailments. Not only that, but these were also developed to strike a balance between the psychoactive effects and therapeutic benefits. In essence, Dinafem enhanced the medicinal properties while reducing the psychedelic high.

To protect the seeds from damage incurred during shipping, Dinafem places the seeds in a plastic vial, which is then placed inside a durable metal container for maximum protection.
